A successful example of European cooperation: together with the experienced team of Bulcode, Bitmade offers development services according to German quality standards for customers in the DACH region.
Bitmade has been aware of the high quality standards of its own customers for over 10 years. With Bulcode we have now found a partner who follows the same claim and has a large pool of developers.
Your idea - your team. It's that simple. A team of professional developers develops your product, app or website. You have full control and full transparency. And an experienced German contact person and project manager.
We need only 2-4 weeks to understand your idea, prepare the product backlog, assemble a suitable team and start the first sprint.
Your team works in an agile way. In regular sprints, the things you define are processed. At the end of each sprint you get a usable increment.
In your role as a stakeholder, you have full control over what gets implemented and when. You can adjust the direction from sprint to sprint.
In our model of collaboration, there are 3 roles that, optimally combined, lead to successful projects.
The project idea and big vision comes from you. You know what you need and you determine the way to get there. You don't care about technical questions, because you have a qualified team for that.
You have a German contact person who is an expert in this field. This eliminates all the frictional losses that come with an international team. And you can consult with an experienced software architect.
Your experienced and motivated developers look forward to exciting projects and implement them quickly and goal-oriented. Many customers who have already implemented projects with us can confirm this.
An agile process is a method of software development that focuses on flexibility, rapid iterations, and close collaboration between the development team and the customer. The agile approach is a response to the challenges of traditional methods, which often involve lengthy planning, fixed processes, and little room for customization.
A well-known example of an agile process model is Scrum. Scrum is an agile method that aims to perform fast and flexible software development. In Scrum, development projects are divided into sprints, each lasting one to four weeks. Within a sprint, developers work on a defined set of tasks and submit a finished piece of software at the end of the sprint.
Scrum is based on a flexible framework consisting of three main roles: the Product Owner, the Scrum Master and the Development Team. The Product Owner is responsible for creating and prioritizing a list of tasks called the Product Backlog. The Scrum Master helps the team understand and implement the Scrum methodology. The Development Team is responsible for implementing the tasks and building the software.
Our team is qualified and shows it. Regular further training and certifications enable results at the highest level.
You can book your team depending on the size of your project. If you are unsure what you need... we will be happy to advise you on your choice.

A proof of concept involves the creation of a small-scale prototype that demonstrates the core functions of the product. It is used to validate the feasibility and added value of the idea before extensive development takes place. The proof of concept should be simple and functional to gather feedback for further refinement.
A prototype is a small model version that represents the basic functions and features of the product. It is a practical implementation of the design and functionalities planned for the final product. A prototype can serve as a precursor or representation of the final product and is often used to test design concepts, gather feedback, and identify potential problems early on.
An MVP (Minimum Viable Product) is a scaled-down version of a product that contains the basic core functions and the minimum set of features to deliver value to customers. It focuses on delivering the essential features needed to solve the users' main problem or achieve the desired benefit. An MVP allows the product to be brought to market early to gather feedback from customers and drive further development based on that feedback.
Digital products are characterized by their flexibility, scalability and the possibility of rapid distribution and updating. They offer various functions, services or information to meet their needs or solve problems.
After a kickoff and initial conception phase, we start the first sprint. For this, the first few requirements must be ready for implementation. We'll do that together.
In the following sprints, your product is created piece by piece (in Scrum it is called: increment by increment). In parallel, we refine the specification so that the developers have new tasks at the beginning of each sprint.
At the end of each sprint there is the so-called review, where the results are presented to you. You approve or readjust them. This is how you set the direction of the project.
At the end we do a QA phase and take care of hosting, publishing, ... (depending on what you need).
Why should you book us?
The team language of the development team is English and a direct exchange about the project is possible at any time. If you prefer to communicate in German, Coding Teams is your ideal partner. You will always have a permanent project manager from the Bitmade team with whom you can communicate in German.
Commissioning EU companies is not a big hurdle and cooperation across borders is also unproblematic. If you have hesitated to commission a cross-border project, we have the solution for you. Bitmade becomes your direct contractual partner and manages the entire project together with you.
